Two Pro Bowlers from Miami have been selected – Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and Cornerback Xavien Howard.

Over the last two drafts, only 8 draft selections have been made, which is the fewest in the NFL.

Since 2016, Grier has only drafted 2 Pro Bowl selections for MIA.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, a 1st-round pick in 2020, made his first Pro Bowl after the 2023 season. Additionally, cornerback Xavien Howard, who was a 2nd-round pick in 2016, has been selected for the Pro Bowl four times.

Grier drafted Safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (PIT), Offensive Tackle Laremy Tunsil (HOU), and Wide Receiver Jakeem Grant (CHI), all of whom went on to make at least one Pro Bowl with another team.

In 2020, Miami had a win-loss record of 10-6. In 2021 and 2022, they had a 9-8 record, and in 2023, they had an 11-6 record.
