Metro Select Saints win Boys 15U title at NFL Flag Championships

CANTON — July 21, 2024 — In the NFL Flag Championships, Landon Brazzell converted a short pass from Eli Frye into a 43-yard touchdown, demonstrating some elusive maneuvers. This led their team, the Metro Select Saints, to a 38-13 victory over the Lockdown Legends Titans on Sunday, earning them the Boys 15U trophy.

The game took place at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, and was broadcasted to a national television audience.

Following his impressive all-around performance, Daniel Berry of the Saints was named game MVP.

The pitch-and-catch from Frye to Brazzell extended Metro Select’s lead to 26-13 in a game characterized by several long scoring plays.
