Four consecutive home series wins have helped the Milwaukee Brewers take control of the NL Central. Will they make it five today with a victory over the struggling Chicago Cubs (1:10 pm ET, MLB Network).

The Brewers (32-23) secured at least a split of the four-game series with a 10-6 win yesterday, and wrapping up the series win this afternoon will continue their strong run at home.

While things are going well for Milwaukee, that isn’t the case for Chicago (28-28), who have lost 11 of 15 and have won just one series since taking two of three from the Brewers earlier this month.

Can they salvage a split from this series? Jameson Taillon had arguably his best start of the season the last time he faced the Brewers, and another one would be rather timely for the Cubbies.

After giving up seven runs total in his first nine starts, he gave up seven runs in 4.1 innings yesterday as the Brewers scored 10+ runs for the seventh time this season.
